Through embedding restorative practices, staff proactively engage with our students to provide a high level of support for all areas of pastoral care: academic, social, emotional and spiritual, which increases outcomes in learning for each individual.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English / Humanities Teacher to join our team, preferably in Term 2, but open to a Term 3 start. This role focuses on delivering engaging and high-quality learning experiences in the secondary school, with the ability to teach a combination of:

  • General and/or Essential English
  • Literature
  • English / Humanities Y7-Y10

The ability to teach General Business will be highly regarded, as will experience or involvement in The Arts.

This is a full-time position, however we are open to flexible or part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching and learning programs
  • Monitor and support student progress and wellbeing
  • Contribute to curriculum development and faculty initiatives
  • Participate in the co-curricular life of the College
